    Join Sharon and David as they guide you through the preparation of simple Living Food recipes designed to revitalize and renew the MIND and BODY. You will learn to make: Raw Vitality Soup, Green Papaya Salad, Daikon Salad, and an Asian Cleansing salad. As a reward for all the healthy eating: Raw Chocolate Caramel Banana cheesecake. We will also cover easy Juice and Smoothie recipes and tips to declutter your home and life.     Vegan Cooking Class

    We will have a Vegan cooking class with an Asian flare on Tuesday October 10th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.  David Wright is the creator of many things vegan at the cafe and now he will help you learn new techniques, flavors, and styles to live your very best life as well as show you how easy flavorful plant-based cooking can be!  As is the case in all our classes we hand out recipes and make the dishes covering the process and variations that can be applied to those recipes.  In this class David will show how to make: Sweet and sour tempeh over udon noodles with grilled veggies, crisp and crunchy Asian salad with sesame ginger dressing, coconut mango spring rolls and homemade fortune cookies.  Afterwards we enjoy the fruit of our labor. The cost is $30.00 and seating is limited, so please fill out the form below to register and pay.
