Joshua, although relatively new to Good Life Café (GLC,) has been with LTC Hospitality for over three years and during that time, involved with training, inventory control, staffing, and event set up.
In his new role with GLC, Joshua is pursuing avenues to increase awareness about the advantages of a raw, plant-based vegan diet. Also, GLC is a certified Kosher restaurant. Some of the future plans Joshua shared for GLC include a healthy alternative Grab and Go Menu, Flash Frozen Meals, a variety of new items from the baking department, and lectures/classes on creating vegan plant-based meals.
For someone who has never experienced GLC, Joshua invites them to give it a try. “You don’t have to be vegan to eat at GLC, and it is not about putting veggies and fruit on a plate, there is an art to creating the depth and variety of flavors of our GLC signature meals.” Joshua stated, “I want each customer who visits GLC not just to have a healthy meal, but to have a great experience in the process.
Joshua, a long time South Carolina resident since 1980, previously lived in Charleston and currently resides in Blythewood.
